Wednesday.

The Bill received its first reading in parliament on Tuesday - essentially a nod-through. The
second reading, which will be accompanied by a debate, receives its second reading on
April 30.
Some of the measures, such as tax credits to encourage business, came into force at the
beginning of the business tax year on April 1. Others, such as the increase in tax on
