 Philip McKinder, a former UN consultant on international satellite systems, is responsible for developing citizen engagement strategies and solutions across Government. This includes areas such as call centres, citizen smartcards, internet portals, teledemocracy systems and consultancy services.He has worked for over 6 years in the local government arena and has previously had responsibility for all of BT's local government customers in the south of England, in addition to the development of specific local government CRM propositions. He has been involved with the LGA in the development of LGAnet and the IDeA in the Peer Review Programme.
