Peter has worked in UK industry for the last 20 years, initially with SKF and then for BT, and has worked closely with the finance, retail, and industrial sectors. His career has spanned sales, product management and marketing with a key focus on the management of customer relationships in a business to business environment.
Peter has been responsible for the development of a highly successful internal knowledge share programme called the Sales Zone. More recently he has spearheaded the external content strategy for the BT customer relationship programme called Insight Interactive which aims to reverse the traditional flow of interaction with customers from 'company push' to 'customer pull'.
