| Christina has worked for BT for the last 10 years primarily in a variety of sales roles within the BTsme marketplace. She moved to marketing 3 years ago to head up the defence and acquisition propositions team developing value-add messages to the SME market to support lines and access, mobility and IT solutions. In March 2000 she took the role of CRM programme manager for BT Retail which her main specialism was development of the on-line CRM materials to support internal/external marketing programmes, development of a CRM Education Programme across BT Retail and supporting through campaign development a move to business needs selling. Christina is now focused on the Btsme marketplace especially conducting market research and supporting customer events.
