 Nick Bush leads the Change Leadership team in BT's stepchange.gov unit, which he helped to establish in 2000. Stepchange works closely with people across the public sector to help shape and implement policy, inform new thinking, share good practice, test ideas and deliver practical solutions - from innovative pilots to major projects.
Nick has over 20 years experience in the information and communications industries, having begun his career as a programmer with Sema Group in 1977. He moved into the communications area in 1984 and consulted on open systems for a number of major public and private sector organisations. After 9 years as a management consultant with Butler Cox and then CSC Index - where he led a number of business and IT transformation assignments - he joined BT in July 1998. Since then he has been working in those business units that help organisations implement leading-edge e-business solutions. |
