Your question:
Our company is on 3 sites and my team are spread over those 3 sites. I have enormous difficulty communicating information to all of them at the same time. It is vital that my whole team knows any new development about a client for us to stay efficient. Email is unreliable, so how do I get the information out quickly and simultaneously?

BT replies:
If you want to use other methods of communication rather than email, you may want, to consider a voicemail solution. You can arrange to broadcast essential information to people on a distribution list in much the same way as e-mail. Voicemail can also provide you with other potential benefits such as a single contact number for key staff.

The important thing to bear in mind is that your solution has to make the best use of the prevailing culture and any practical issues that might prevent people from making best use of the technology.
