Tony Rice has worked in the IT and telecomms industries for the last 25 years, firstly with IBM and most recently with BT. He has spanned sales, service and marketing functions, the common thread being the management of customer relationships in a business to business environment.
For the last three years, Tony has been responsible for the development of BT’s innovative customer relationship programme, Insight Interactive.
He is a member of the Marketing Society and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and Commerce.
