 Karl, who joined BT from NTL in 1997, recently assumed the role of e-CRM development manager within BT Stepchange. One of his key roles is to help to co-ordinate and develop BT Government's CRM strategy across the various government sectors.Karl was previously Emerging Technologies Director for a finance client within BT Syncordia Solutions. He worked alongside the client to lead the development of its business propositions, and assisted BT teams with defining internal strategy.
